Bespoke Training
A bespoke, in-house delivered programme, is often the most cost efficient and effective way to inspire employees and improve performance. Programmes can be tailored to meet your SPECIFIC requirements and delivered using “internal” language. What’s more, you’ll see tangible improvements quickly once we’ve delivered the training to your team in the context of your business. They’ll know precisely how to use each technique within their role, making significant step-changes in performance.
The first step to designing a bespoke training is to carry out a detailed training needs analysis. This will involve interviews with key decision makers within the business (in order to clarify objectives) and with trainees (to assess the training ‘gap’). Depending upon the level of training required, this process takes 1 or 2 days and is charged at our standard daily consultancy rate.
Due to the specialist nature of the training, I find it works better with smaller groups of employees. This enables our trainers to give personal attention to every delegate and operate on a highly interactive basis. Practical work forms a key part of the training, so that delegates leave the training room with the ability to use their new skills and insights at work with immediate effect.
