I’ve designed these 5-Minute Morning RANTRAS to be used as a daily tool for at least 21 days. No matter how you feel when you wake up in the morning, you can still have the best day possible!

What’s more, I’ve designed these Morning Rantras as a personal empowerment tool to be used daily until you shift yourself out of the negative emotions you’re experiencing. So, try listening to the same one for 21 days and train your brain to get into the habit of emotional momentum. Consequently, when you’re in motion, you can’t be stuck.
