Starts October 2026
Self-learning + 15 live group sessions
53 hours of live training and practice
Most approaches to change begin with what someone thinks, feels or does.
This training teaches you to look at what may be organising that experience.
You will learn to recognise how identity, meaning, emotion, physiology, time and space interact with attention, memory, prediction, language and mode to shape what someone experiences and what becomes possible from there.
This gives you a different place from which to work.
Rather than reaching immediately for a technique, you begin by noticing. You listen differently. You question differently. You become curious about the structure beneath the presenting problem.
NLP and Time Line Therapy® then provide practical methods for working with what you discover.
You don't simply learn what to do.
You develop a clearer understanding of what you are working with.
How Experience Organises: For Human Change gives participants the conceptual foundation for understanding how human experience becomes organised and why patterns can persist even when we understand them.
Navigating the Architecture of Human Experience provides the practical architecture you will learn to navigate throughout the programme.
Both books are included with your training.

This training is designed for people who want to understand human experience more deeply, whether they are working with others or beginning with themselves.
COACHES who want to move beyond surface-level conversations and develop greater structure, precision and depth in their work.
THERAPISTS & CHANGE PROFESSIONALS who want additional frameworks and practical methods for understanding and facilitating change.
LEADERS & MANAGERS who want to understand behaviour, communication and human patterns more clearly, particularly when working with complexity and change.
PROFESSIONALS who work with people and want to develop stronger communication, questioning and facilitation skills.
INDIVIDUALS who are curious about how their own experience is organised and want to understand themselves, their patterns and their possibilities differently.
You do not need previous NLP experience. You need curiosity, openness and a willingness to participate.
This programme combines the foundations of NLP and Time Line Therapy® with a broader understanding of how human experience is organised.
Across the self-learning and live training, you will explore:
THE STRUCTURE OF HUMAN EXPERIENCE
Learn to recognise how identity, meaning, emotion, physiology, time and space interact, and how attention, memory, prediction, language and mode influence experience.
LANGUAGE & QUESTIONING
Develop greater precision in listening and questioning. Learn to notice assumptions, generalisations, deletions and patterns in language, and use questions to expand what someone can perceive.
REPRESENTATIONAL SYSTEMS & PERCEPTION
Explore how people internally represent experience through sensory information, and how differences in perception influence communication, emotion and behaviour.
BELIEFS & VALUES
Understand how beliefs and values organise decisions, behaviour and identity, and learn practical approaches for identifying and working with them.
EMOTIONAL CHANGE & TIME LINE THERAPY®
Learn structured processes for working with emotions and experiences connected with the past, while developing greater awareness of how time is represented internally.
STATES, ANCHORING & FLEXIBILITY
Understand how internal states are created and maintained, and learn methods for accessing and shifting states more intentionally.
COMMUNICATION & RELATIONSHIPS
Develop greater awareness of rapport, perspective, language and behavioural flexibility so you can communicate more effectively across different contexts.
OUTCOMES & DIRECTION
Learn how to develop well-formed outcomes, identify what may be preventing movement and create clearer direction without assuming there is only one route forward.
FACILITATING CHANGE
Bring the pieces together through live practice. Learn how to listen, observe, question, select an appropriate intervention and adapt when what you expected is not what you find.
You will learn techniques. More importantly, you will learn how to think about what you are seeing before deciding which technique, if any, to use.
Learning a technique is relatively easy.
Knowing what to notice, what to question, when to intervene and what may actually be organising the experience requires something more.
Throughout this training, you will move beyond simply learning NLP and Time Line Therapy® processes and develop a more structured understanding of the person in front of you.
You will learn to notice patterns in language, emotion, attention, beliefs, identity and behaviour, and to consider how those patterns may be connected rather than treating each one in isolation.
That changes the quality of your work.
You listen differently.
You question differently.
You become less dependent on following a process simply because it is the process you know.
And because you will experience the work yourself as well as practise facilitating it with others, you begin to develop something that cannot be learned from theory alone: judgement, flexibility and presence.
The aim is not to collect more techniques. It is to become more skilful at recognising what is happening and more precise in how you respond.
